Paid separately
Under management the owner pays for energy, internet, consumables and platform fees, and we pay for minor repairs. For bigger repairs it depends on what caused them and how. Under guaranteed rent we pay for everything, except repairs unrelated to short-term letting. The exact split is part of the contract.

Which model is right for me?
If you want the maximum and can handle a fluctuating income, management. If you want the same sum every month with no hassle, guaranteed rent. At the meeting we show you both figures for your flat.
When do I get paid?
Under management after the monthly statement, by the 10th of the following month. Under guaranteed rent in advance, always by the 15th of the month.
Who pays for cleaning?
We arrange the cleaning. How it is charged depends on the model. We explain it at the meeting.
What if I want to end the contract?
The notice period and termination terms are in your contract. Nothing is open-ended without the option to terminate.
