We have been hosting guests for two years through Airbnb, Booking and other platforms. Today we look after flats in the centre of Bratislava. We either manage them for their owners, or rent them and pay the owners a guaranteed rent.
Our story
How we started
It started with one flat. Tomáš let it to guests himself. He took the photos, answered the messages, handed over the keys, did the cleaning. When more of his own flats came along, the first owners came asking whether he would look after theirs too. That is how Rental Partners came about.
Today we look after dozens of flats in the centre of Bratislava, and what we started with still holds: we run every flat as if it were our own. We know what guests need, because we answered their messages ourselves for years. And we know what worries owners, because we are owners too.

Three things we insist on
We tell you the truth about the return
We estimate based on location, the condition of the flat and the season. If a flat is not suited to short-term letting, we say so at the first meeting.
We look after the flat as if it were ours
We see it after every stay. We fix a small fault before the next guest, or you, notices it.
We answer the phone
Guests and owners get a quick reply, during the day usually within an hour.
